The scoring was opened by Ryan Dempsey who went on to bag another two goals in a fine display from the hat-trick hero. His mazy runs and cool finishing proved too much to handle for the opposition’s defence.
And it was from a quick turn that Demo lost his man and found Gearoid Sheridan in a great position inside the box to slot home after a fantastic cross from Rory Daly to start things off.
Johnny Mee added a third goal with a fine header from a whipped corner by Rory Daly.
Conor Matthews put the icing on the cake for the Celtic men with a powerful header after a sublime diagonal ball from Dylan Cannon’s free kick.
